Everything changed, though, when he discovered OSB.

“I’ve had a general dental practice for over 30 years. Twelve years ago, I met Doctor Farrand Robson, and he taught me about OSB (Oral System Biology). To say that it revolutionized my practice is an understatement. It not only changed my mind on what can be attained in the field of dentistry, it has given me incredible stories of healing that I can’t help but constantly share.”

James Finn IV

Jim joined FCR Health Solutions after twenty-five years of working side by side with Doctor Robson, the pioneer in Oral System Biology (OSB). His dental career began at the age of 18 when he enlisted in the Navy as a dental assistant. Four years later, after being honorably discharged, Jim spent a couple years assisting at a dental office, as a Certified Dental Assistant, before being hired as a temp in Doctor Robson’s private practice. After a week there, Jim was presented the opportunity to join Doctor Robson in making a difference in the world. Jim hasn’t looked back since.

A year later, Jim became the Clinical Director of Doctor Robson’s practice. This time with Doctor Robson was spent supporting the development and clinical delivery of the science of OSB, overseeing clinical and laboratory services and, starting in 1998, training other dentists and their teams in the science of OSB. When OSB began, Jim ensured the application of the science into the fabrication of the oral devices that went out to help so many doctors’ patients in the US and other countries.

Jim has lived in Washington state most of his life, but has recently moved with FCR Health Solutions to Dayton, Ohio. He enjoys spending time with his wife and coworker, Jody, and their two daughters.

Preston Seal

Preston brings to FCR Health Solutions twenty years of working closely with Doctor Robson at TMJ Diagnostics and, later, Oral System Biology, Inc. After holding various jobs after high school and starting a family, Preston went on to college to earn his Doctor of Divinity. With his new degree, he returned to Washington state and was offered a job in Doctor Robson’s private practice. Doctor Robson affectionately referred to him as “Padre”, and Preston continues to fill that role for FCR Health Solutions.

In working with Doctor Robson, Preston is one of the original Oral Postural Therapists that supported the development and clinical delivery of the OSB science, and trained other dentists and their teams in effectively offering this treatment to their patients. Preston’s life experience and pastoral care have made him a natural for this work, then and now.

Preston lives in Tacoma, Washington, with his wife. When he is not traveling for business, spending time with his wife, chatting with his four adult children or playing with his grandchildren, you may find him easily making new friends at, say, Home Depot, or wherever else his errands might take him.

Jody Finn

Jody’s personal testimony is that OSB saved her life.  Through it she also met and married Jim Finn, who was Doctor Robson’s Clinical Director at the time. A year later, after receiving a degree from the University of Washington, she was offered work in the administrative office of Doctor Robson’s practice. Hesitant to work with her husband, something common wisdom says doesn’t work, she said she would “try” it out.  Doctor Robson would have none of this, told her she couldn’t “try”, but instead just needed to get on with it and make it work. She did, and Jim and Jody have become as formidable a team at the workplace as they are as parents to two young and precocious daughters.

Jody spent the next fifteen years working with Doctor Robson to support the administrative needs of his private practice and, a few years later, Oral System Biology, Inc. Her responsibilities expanded into overseeing the operations of the two companies.  She even had the opportunity to chronicle the developing science of OSB, many times with Doctor Robson at her side. She became the go-to person for whatever needed to be done to support the expansion of the science of OSB, and the increasing number of people benefiting from it.

Jody has recently moved with Jim, her husband and coworker, their two daughters, and FCR Health Solutions to Dayton, Ohio.

John Kindt

John has brought to FCR Health Solutions more than 25 years of entrepreneurial and senior level management experience, in a wide range of disciplines and industries.

As a very young business school graduate, he pioneered an entirely new mode of ground transportation in Los Angeles. With its unique formula for successful rideshare, an entirely new industry was started which spread across the United States, and beyond. John’s entrepreneurial story, encompassing transportation, technology and franchising, was included in a widely used college textbook, and later in a chapter of a business book (Ben Franklin’s 12 Rules of Management) that is still sold popularly. John has his MBA from Pepperdine’s Graziadio School of Business and Management’s Presidents and Key Executives program (PKE MBA).

John was the founder and president of GroundNet International, now Go Airport Shuttle, a strategic alliance of the world’s largest airport ground transportation providers, together transporting in excess of 50 million passengers annually.

In 2001, he joined a fledgling biotech firm, heading up its sales and marketing. The firm had a good idea about waste eating bacteria, which John parlayed into pest control products. The nation’s leading commercial pest control service included the firm’s products onboard every one of its trucks across the country. Sales increased dramatically, which found John additionally appointed as head of operations—his first manufacturing experience—so to ensure timely product delivery.

From this experience, and subsequent endeavors in other industries, John has gained a thorough competence in all key business functions, as well as in-depth insight into franchising, turn-around, crisis management, software development, roll-up, competitor acquisition, regulator relations, and nonprofit management and development.

John has sat on many Los Angeles City and County commissions and committees over the years, was once Mothers Against Drunk Driving’s (MADD) “citizen of the year”, and is currently on Pepperdine University’s Business Administration Council. He lives in Los Angeles’ South Bay, competes on a masters swim team, but likes best spending time with his five children.
